Mr. Xiao Lu focuses on criminal defense and construction engineering disputes. In criminal matters, he provides full-process defence across the investigation, review-and-prosecution and trial stages, with particular attention to evidence organisation and legal argumentation to safeguard his clients' lawful rights and interests. In construction matters, he is familiar with practical issues such as tendering and bidding, construction contracts, recovery of project payments, quality disputes and settlement disputes, and designs workable solutions in light of each project's actual circumstances.
